The city of Tyumen has a century-long history, and over the time many legends were created about the origin of its name. One of them arises from the Russian pronunciation of the term / toponym / ethnonym of Turko-Mongolian origin «tyumen | tuman» (word play: tyman translated from Russian as «fog»).
The story became the base for the main concept idea – «lights in the fog». This is the image of bright lights from passing cars which arise and dissolve in the fog around you. Thus the shopping center appears slowly through the white fog when you approach it. Red LED-panels add dynamism and strengthen the building expression in the evening.
The main entrance of the shopping center is the big red arch wrapping all phases together with the red canopy. This helps to unite the entire building into a single project which spectacularly highlights the entrance group.
Shopping and entertainment centre has 3 levels, underground and private multilevel parking with direct access to the centre. Each floor has the circular mall layout.
The key entertainment elements such as cinema and children centre are located of the 3rd level together with the foodcourt area that has a view to Melnikayte street.
