The initial architectural concept for the 100-hectare project was designed for the first large-scale year-round theme park in the country, which predictably will attract 4-6 million people annually.

Together with the theme park the project to include: shopping center, open space rest area, 4-star hotel for 400 keys, concert hall, yacht-club and F&B area.

We developed masterplan concept and general vision of this project.
