Initial masterplan concept for a modern residential area along the Moscow River represents the concept of
a comfortable and cozy "Garden City".

The masterplan with a total area of
570,000 m2, is a project for a residential, multifunctional area, developed in one of the most attractive areas of the city.

The buildings of different heights, sizes and categories, street retail and a pedestrian promenade arranged along the main street. The masterplan includes all the necessary infrastructure elements, such as medical center, schools, shops and offices.
We developed masterplan and architecture, as well as the development parameters for the future district.
