The architectural appearance responds to the prominent site location by creating single, unified volumes of buildings with dynamic cantilevered parts and angles. The expressive idea creates a unique and highly recognizable image.
The building is raised above the existing ground level on a sloping fractal landscape ground plane, and its form is originated by connecting two ‘L’ shaped structures representing ‘mountains’ and the ‘city’.

The core element of the project is a central ‘Art Street’ with the art galleries and other facilities located to each side of this space in a flexible planning structure.
The internal spaces contain a wide range of activities and the external environment is full of variety and interest in harmony with the built form.
