Elite club serviced apartments THE NAME deluxe at the Black Sea coast in Sochi.
The complex consists of six residential blocks with various numbers of floors and with panoramic views at the sea.

The landscaped territory welcomes visitors to enjoy open heated pool, bar, sun deck and barbecue, sport and children area, plentitude gardens with subtropical plants and various flowers.

First levels of THE NAME deluxe houses restaurant, SPA-complex, beauty saloon, gym, meeting rooms, enoteca and cigar room. The residence will have private beach.

We had special focus on architecture of the complex. We found our inspiration in the lines and forms of cruise ships and shapes of waves. The façade elements and flowing smooth forms follow the shape of sea ferries.

Such plastic and dynamics are achieved due to lightweight suspended structures of variable cross-section that frame the floors along the perimeter. The site located at the hill evokes the feeling that buildings like gallant ferries flow to the sea-line.
