The annual and already traditional exhibition and forum MALLPIC, which has become one of the most anticipated events in the real estate Russian market in just two years, ended in Sochi. 3 days of a busy business program and 2 days of bright informal events impressed even the most demanding visitor. Of course, one publication cannot describe all the emotions from the forum, but we will try to highlight the most important points.

To the point:
A very diverse business programme included sessions devoted to commercial, hotel and residential real estate. The main trends of 2025 were outlined - a high key rate, a crisis in the office and warehouse rental market, and the continued growth of online sales in retail. What to build? Experts believe that the most effective to develop are masterplans, multifunctional complexes, transport hubs, light industrial, medical centers, multifunctional sports complexes and non-standard projects (eco, thermal baths, city resorts).

The active development of the tourism sector with governmental support and significant investments in real estate in this sector have been repeatedly noted. Tourist clusters, new hotels and resorts will be built. Priority regions are the south of Russia, the Urals, and the Far East.
Much attention at this Mallpic was paid to health. This was discussed not only in sessions through the prism of the growth of the fitness industry market, but was also confirmed by additional activities that the organizers offered to the forum participants - this includes morning jogging and yoga, as well as a session from a special guest - Vladimir Voloshin on how sports affect business.

Much has been said about the growth of online and changing consumption trends. Representatives of Generation Z and Alpha are entering the "arena", changing the nature of consumption and increasingly using online formats - both for shopping and for experiences. It is important to analyze needs and use new tools to attract customers.
As for the residential sector - here we can briefly quote the speaker of the session on premium real estate - "people still ask to "roll money into concrete". Real estate is the best investment."

The attitude of the organizers towards the forum guests, speakers and partners is demonstrated not only by the well-thought-out and interesting business program, but also by the fascinating non-business events.
On the first evening we dived into the mysterious atmosphere of a masquerade ball, on the second we went to karaoke and were delighted to discover that the experts and guests of the forum were not only market professionals, but also stage talents. We closed the business program with a party and karaoke from partners, and on the weekend we went to the mountains and conquered the sea during a yacht trip.
