On January 30, Corporation Ostrov Pervy presented to partners and representatives of federal media its main investment project - an artificial island.
Bulat Shakirov, Managing Director of the Corporation, spoke about the ambitious project off the coast of Sochi. Last year, concept and pre-project development of the island began. 50 hectares will be turned into a world-class attraction center with hotel complexes, sports grounds, an IT and media center, a harbor, sandy beaches, recreation areas and other functions and developments. According to preliminary estimates, the grand opening is expected in 2031.
